We ship internationally.
If you are making a payment from outside
the U.S., we recommend that you use either
a Visa or American Express, as most of Master
card does not allow international transaction.
Your shipping is based
on the items weight and also if it's within
US or internation. You will have a chance
to review it at the end.
We used the highest security
measure - Verisign
for all of our on line transactions. We
work closely with various agencies involved
with the prevention and investigation of
online credit card fraud. We reserve the
right of not fulfilling your order should
we decide your credit card is fraudulent.
And we will report you immediately for any
fraud.

All orders will be shipped
out within 24-48hours, excluding holidays
and weekends. Only in rare occasion, due
to large volume of sales, we might temporarily
run out of one particular stock by the time
you order. In those rare instances, we will
have to wait for the next shipment (in a
week or so) to send your order. If you need
your order in a hurry, please use Express
mail which guarantees your package will
be on our highest priority list, and sent
out within 24 hours.

service which is utilizing the best commercially

all your online transactions, and secured
by Verisign. You can pay securely with either
Master, Visa and American Express and Discover
credit cards!

If you have a special
order, you can also call in or fax us with
your payment information. There are two
ways of doing this:
1). Download our on-line
order form in PDF format, and then print
it out. and fill in the information and
fax us back at (619)448-4315. You will need
acrobat reader to open the form. If you
don't have it, you can go to www.adobe.com
to download it for free.
2). If you have MS Excel,
but no access to a fax machine, you can
also choose to download the order
form in its original format so that
you can add your information by computer.
You can email or fax us back with you mailing
address. However, please do not include
your credit card information in your email
attachments. It is not safe to transfer
it on the internet with unsecured server.
You can either choose to call the credit
card information.
You can also choose
to mail us Cashier's Checks, and Money Orders
with your order form. However, please allow
time for the their clearances.
